Secondary Description
In Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Grenache Blanc is counted as Grenache Noir for legal purposes. The Foundry version has full, orangey, peachy flavours, lovely texture and mouthfilling qualities. Very good with cheeses, especially English crumbly ones and matches freshwater fish and scallops, along with the porcine. (CW 09/10/15)
