The 2012 Bourgogne Rouge comes from a scattering of 18 parcels all around Chambolle-Musigny. It has a clean, fresh, quite floral bouquet with lovely red berry fruit. The palate is clean and fresh with pointed acidity and a crisp and slightly tart, raspberry finish. Fine. 86-88 points

A super fresh and admirably pure nose of essence of red berries leads to energetic, detailed and lilting light weight flavors that possess equally good purity of expression on the delicious and punchy finish. This is built for near-term drinking. 86-88 points
