2011 Yves Cuilleron Roussanne Vin de Pays
Secondary Description
Excellent example of this curious grape, it`s soft with lowish underlying acidity and a bit of grip. Will do many meaty fishes very well and an ace with lamb and veal, especially sweetbreads. Your cheeseboard quivers with delight on spotting this. (CW 02/05/13)
