2011 Hudelot-Noellat Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Cherry fruit, and a surprisingly fudgey, chocolatey texture. The label may say Bourgogne Rouge, but don’t be deceived; treat this with respect, let it sit in the decanter for an hour before you touch it and you will be amply rewarded. (NT 22/10/14)
