The 2010 L’Extravagant de Doisy-Daene has a more Germanic, Riesling-like bouquet with light petrolly aromas infusing the clear honey, acacia and orange blossom. The palate is well balanced with a tangy entry, very focused and poised with a tightly wound finish that suggests this will benefit from further bottle age. This has huge potential. 97+ points
