Artisanal, seasonal, small batch Sake
Spring and Autumn releases of sake in Japan are anticipated almost as keenly as the cherry blossom time as they herald both change and tradition. Today we'll be tasting four of our sakes with the help of Masayo Nuttall who is an accomplished sake sommelier and authority. We've managed tog et a small allocation of some of these sought-after brews and Masayo will be delighted to explain how they work with food and on their own.
If you've not had top quality sake before - or if you've tasted widely; this is your chance to sip some freshly arrived examples of best of breed. We'll have the following to taste in the shop today until 6:30pm, but you can see our whole range here. Masayo will be here over lunch and late afternoon. /CW
