My brother-in-law hates lamb
but it is a noble meat and traditional for Easter and Passover, so here we go. The texture and composition of lamb as well as its flavour make certain demands on a wine. You need something to cope with fat and protein and that will not clash with the delicious lambiness. It can be white or rosé as much as red, though the latter is more traditional and thus dominates this tasting.
