Nicolas Greinacher
Checking in at 14% alcohol, the full-bodied 2022 Condrieu Lieu-dit Vernon is game-on. Prominent white peach, apricot, lemon flesh, cedar, vanilla and spring blossom aromas race out of the glass. A discreet tinge of ginger adds another layer. Dense, crisp and focused, the 2022 is magnificent and I can totally see it improving in bottle over the next few years, gaining candied stone fruit and honey complexities. 94 points
