Raffaele Mosca
Noble rot-derived balsamic and spicy wafts anticipate lemon curd, acacia honey, candied almonds and flint. Searing acids swirl into creamy layers of poached pear and apricot, framed by subtle oak spice, making for a terrific combination of brightness and textural depth. Elegant and multifaceted, a mineral tang enlivens the suave and silky finish. Made with partially botrytised grapes from the namesake vineyard below the castle of Soave. 95 points
