The 2015 Pinot Noir Brauneberger Klostergarten *** is deep, perfectly ripe and concentrated but beautifully fresh, highly refined and elegant on the slightly toasty fumé nose. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, lush, silky-textured, highly finessed and perfectly balanced Pinot with very fine tannins intertwined with the crystalline salinity and mineral tension of the Brauneberg terroir. The finish is very long, ripe and complex, with great energy and aging potential. Tasted in March/April 2019. 95+ points
