The one white - or perhaps I should say orange - that I tasted is the 2018 Zerberos Viento Zephyros, now exclusively Albillo Real from the village of San Martín de Valdeiglesias. The full clusters macerated for three days before they were pressed, and then the juice was put in oak barrels to ferment with indigenous yeasts. It matured in used French oak barrels for 11 months. It has a golden color and a nose of hay and straw, yellow fruit and flowers, showing ripeness and power and some notes from the barrel. The palate has volume and moderate acidity, with spicy flavors on the finish. Only 663 bottles and 10 magnums produced. It was bottled in September 2019. 89 points
