A tiny producer with only two hectares of vines, one in Bouzy, and the other in the Aube. The Extra Brut is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, superbly balanced by three years ageing on the lees. A well-executed, unfussy Champagne which offers superb value. (JH 26/07/23)
