The Hunter Valley is a blessed place offering a home to some famous as well as lesser know grape varieties. Here we have a fabulous Verdelho (better known in Iberia) packed with fruit and destined for young drinking. It is fermented cool to retain all the intensity of the guave and mandarine flavours, then bottled quickly without oaking, to preseve freshness. Just delicious drinking. (CW 20/09/16)
