Whites from one of the best Barsac producers - Doisy-Daene Bordeaux Blanc Sec 2007 and Clos Floridene blanc 2008 from Denis Dubourdieu's stable. Then a couple of reds in the form of Fourcas-Dumont from the legendary 2005 vintage, plus an Uncorked favourite in the shape of Chateau Biac 2008.
