Indice 1
Muscat is one of the oldest grape varieties in the world, cultivated (and propogated throughout Europe) by the Ancient Greeks; and this wine is one of its finest expressions. The aromas are more reminiscent than exact, the scent of a vineyard at the height of summer, with incredible perfume from wildflowers between the rows and a hint of tilled earth in the distance. The palate is soft and refreshingly dry, with warming spices and ripe tropical fruit, an embracing, enlivening experience which lingers long after the final sip. (JH 21/04/22)
