A fresh style of young and fruity Port with plenty of bright, bold cherry flavours and soft tannins. This sort of Port was traditionally drunk during shoots as it shows well outdoors but nowadays you are more likely to see it paired with chocolate and robust cheeses like traditional Cheddar or Gouda.
