Made from a plot of 80+ year old vines, the Bioma is a field blend of around thirty varieties though without Touriga Nacional, which Dirk doesn’t much like. As ever he goes for and achieves a fresh aromatic style that immediately makes people think of wine. In fact Dirk says drink this with a pepper steak, though I say drink with venison. Whichever you chose, this is a lovely drink. (CW 26/04/13)
