All the elements are so nicely balanced. This is a terrific showing, made all the more notable by highly challenging conditions that included a very rare bout of hail during harvest. The palate is medium-bodied and sapid with grainy tannins, a fine bead of acidity and a fresh, clean, lightly spiced finish that lingers in the mouth.
