Masses of fresh, ripe raspberry fruit beautifully balanced by meaty density and a tangy yet comforting breadth that reminds me a bit of rhubarb compote on challah toast. There`s great substance and interest here – you could even pair this with rare beef or beef carpaccio without a problem. 17 points
