Tasted blind at the annual `Burgfest` tasting in Bouilland. The 2013 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot has a very composed bouquet with citrus fruit, a hint of licorice, rosemary and mineral - an absolutely gorgeous bouquet. The palate is very well balanced with impressive fruit concentration. There is just a touch of viscosity and it feels harmonious in the mouth with a powerful, lightly honeyed finish that seems to caress. Bon vin! 93 points
