Yay! Top class Sangiovese! Something I like more and more. Obviously a stunner - and from an undeservedly under the radar producer - Roccapesta have turned out a beauty here. Fine-grained tannins - but nicely dry as well - underpin lashings of dusty morello cherry fruit and a touch of new oak. (CW 18/03/13)
