History repeating itself

With a small difference. When Nicolas last spent time with us he was but a callow youth. Billeted with a pack of feral sommeliers, it took a while for him to adjust his body clock, but with an eventual start time after lunch, we managed to improve his punctuality no end. His main achievement was organising a tasting of another house's Champagne. So we are making it up to him by allowing him to present his own this time. Setting is informal, just drop in after 6 for a quick tasting before you set out on your own night of Thursday clubbing.
