Next Thursday 8th June we are hosting a Barolo tasting in the shop. We still have a few places remaining and as you have come to our tastings before we thought to give you first dibs on a seat.
As you know Barolo is one of Edward and my favourite things and he has structured the event as a series of mini horizontals looking at four recent vintages encompassing three themes. We’ll cover the various communes, we’ll also have a chance to taste traditional, modern and contemporary winemaking in their different guises as well as the vintge comparison. We’d be delighted if you would like to join us. We will as ever offer Androuet’s cheese and St John’s finest bread.
