Move over Rabbie Burns, we’ve got Burgundy to taste. This Thursday in our Copthall Avenue store we will be showing a selection of barrel samples from Burgundy’s fabulous 2022 vintage. We could tell you that the whites marry an underlying ripeness with good acidity and saline intensity, and the reds have glossy, feathered tannins and an attractive, savoury freshness; but it would be much better if you came and tried for yourselves. The £25 ticket price is redeemable against any 2022 Burgundy en primeur purchase, on the day or thereafter. Wines will be open from noon till 6pm. /NT
