While the two Unicos are their most celebrated cuvees, their ostensibly entry level wine is no slouch: Valbuena 5° — so named for the five years it ages between barrel and bottle before release — has a deservedly devoted following for delivering top-tier ageworthy Tinto Fino without Unico's stratospheric pricing.
