Our annual tasting with Oliver Humbrecht is one of the great fixtures of the Uncorked calender. It is an chance not only to get a picture of both the Alsatian vintage and the year’s wines at Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, but more fundamentally an unrivalled learning opportunity from a master winemaker and a master of wine. Olivier will guide us through a tasting of his 2016s, and answer any questions you care to throw at him about the vintage, Alsace or his winemaking.
