The boat is about to sail on 2015 Burgundy
There have been times during this Burgundy campaign when I wondered if we would have enough wine to warrant sending this. But even our Burgundy-hungry customers haven't managed to empty the cellar completely, so here is your last chance to do just that.
2015 has made many red wines which are structured as well as properly ripe, which are mouth-filling and densely textured as well as containing much simply delicious fruit. The whites are also extremely good. They often have a hint of richness but the ones we have offered temper that with a natural freshness. It is a vintage which doesn't require you to buy the upper echelons (though if you do your reward will be great) because the village wines are so good. And if you seek that elusive quality - value - then the less fashionable addresses in Rully, Givry and Mercurey await your consideration.
If you have already bought then you are fortunate and should be very happy. If you haven't yet taken the plunge, this is your last chance. One final word of warning; just as in an Unearthed offer, there may only be one case left of some of these lines, so hurry, hurry, hurry. /CW
