`The vineyard of the priest`, originally cultivated by Don Giacomo Cauda. Pithy, aromatic, grape-skin aromas, white pepper and delicate Japanese plum. The palate carries a bit more red fruit, along with waves of spice. The finish carries ripe, rounded tannin, with no noticeable heat. A fascinating, delicious wine! (JH 27/02/2025)
