Neal Martin
Matured in 50% whole bunch and 20% new oak, the 2020 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Lavières 1er Cru was still a little discombobulated after racking a couple of days earlier. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, slightly chalky in texture with a grippy is slightly short finish. Fine. 88-90 Points
