We've been packing up cases for delivery throughout the last few months, to keep you going during lockdown and to try and plug the pub and bar-shaped holes left in your lives. Now we're starting to unlock and make plans to visit loved ones in other parts of the country, or substitute what would have been a fortnight in the Algarve or an idyllic Greek island with something a bit closer to home. Whether you're heading off to catch up with family after months of separation or setting off for a staycation in a countryside cottage, we've got your wine needs covered.
We can arrange wine deliveries anywhere in the UK mainland in 1-2 days (now including Saturdays), so you'll be fully prepared to make the most of your time 'away.' Below are a few sealed case suggestions that I think will provide a taste of the exotic (and allow you to benefit from our generous sealed case discounts), but if you're after a bit more variety we're also very happy to make suggestions for mixed cases, just let us know your preferences and rough budget and we'll put something together for you! /RRS

2017 Clos des Rocs Macon-Loche En Pres Foret: a fresh, floral nose precedes citrus and white fruits such as nectarine and peach, a delicious, value-for-money white Burgundy
N.V. Le Soula Trigone Blanc No18: from the foothills of the Pyrenees, a refreshing blend of various southern French varieties, and the high proportion of Vermentino gives richness and texture
2019 Hamilton Russell Walker Bay Pinot Noir: an elegant, aromatic Pinot Noir with a great concentration of fruit and smooth, fine-grained tannins
2018 Grosbois Chinon La Cuisine de ma mere: 100% Cabernet Franc, the freshness and lift make this a great summer red, and there's plenty of dark fruit flavours for balance
2018 Roagna Dolcetto d'Alba: Luca Roagna treats his Dolcetto seriously, giving it three months on the skins. This has wonderful minerality, salinity and texture, with cherry and blackcurrant fruit
2017 Freeman Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast: Californian Pinot made with Old World restraint; the cherry fruit is ripe and dense, with plenty of energy and lift
