Every year Americans kindly provide us with a opportunity to rehearse cooking a turkey so that we get it right at Christmas. So today we are tasting - in a reprise from the year so far - some of the wines we think might accompany the noble bird and its trimmings. Particulary that veg of kings, the sprout.
