Inama`s 2012 Carmenere Più opens to a blackish appearance and extremely dense concentration. The wine is almost totally impenetrable (although it only sees 12 months of neutral oak). A similar theme is offered on the bouquet thanks to aromas of prune, barbecue spice, mahogany and Teriyaki smoke. Yet, the mouthfeel is surprisingly supple and docile with soft tannins and luscious fruit flavors. This is a big, bold wine. 88 points
