From the Salces Valley in the Rias Baixas DO, Spain`s North Western answer to the Norwegian fjords, where the hills and the vineyards drive straight into the sea. Albarino is a variety that probably arrived in Iberia with Frankish invaders more than a millenia ago, and is an aromatic blend that generally shouldn`t see oak.
