Stephen Tanzer
Moderately saturated medium red. Sexy red cherry and cinnamon aromas. Sweet and silky, with nicely integrated acidity framing the cherry, raspberry and tobacco flavors. Finishes with a fine dusting of tannins. 90 points

The 2007 Barolo captures the warm, open personality of the vintage in its floral, perfumed fruit. A long, polished finish rounds things out nicely. The 2007 is a touch less exciting and complete than some previous years, but is absolutely delicious today and a great choice for near-term drinking. Drink 2014-2019. 89 points
