Joe Czerwinski
After not producing this wine in 2017, Noon`s 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve delivers scents of mint, sage and bay leaf layered atop a deep bed of bold cassis. Full-bodied, jammy and rich, this is plush and velvety on the palate without being overly soft—the intrinsic structure of Cabernet keeps it focused despite the ripeness, prolonging the finish for what seems like many minutes. Aged in approximately one-third new French oak, you`ll note that my review contains no mention of cedar or vanilla—the wood has been judged impeccably and virtually disappears into the wine. 95 points
