Distinctly Riesling on the aromas - lime and candied lemon, lemon shortbread perhaps. The palate is pleasingly creamy, more rounded than most Riesling-based sparkling wines, though still deliciously crisp and enjoyable. An excellent example! (JH 06/06/2024)
