Grown at least organically and biodynamically when possible, this 95% Syrah, 5% Carignan blend is about as close to being a `natural` wine as you`ll find within these hallowed portals at this fantastic price. Everything is done by hand, the wine sees no oak and the aim is to transmit the ancient decomposed granite that makes up the soil as much as possible through the wine. It really is a baby Le Soula, with energy, structure, lovely texture and fine tannins alongside the clean cherry fruit.
