Robert Parker
A brilliant cru bourgeois, Labadie’s 2010 is a blend of equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from proprietor Jerome Bibey. A deep, full-bodied, very concentrated wine with lots of black currant fruit as well as hints of blackberry, creosote, garrigue and earth, this is a dense, full-bodied, muscular, but impressively endowed offering. Drink it over the next decade. 89 points
