Possible one of the most useful and serviceable sweet, white Bordeaux you`ll taste. Most recently had this delicate, fresh, finely botrytised Semillon with taramosalata amongst other things and it worked very well, so definitely a good candidate for lobster as well as the classic foie gras, blue cheese and so on. Very well grown and made wine on a small terroir on a steep slope above the river. Excellent. (CW 11/04/14)
