Chambolle, Morey and Nuits
Three villages on parade this evening, showing a big range of styles. Many of our favourite producers are here, comprising Burgundy royalty as well as some serious pretenders to that status. We've had our introductory Pinot tasting and now it's time for a return to source, where the wine is more than just a synergy between variety and place. You'll taste a dozen wines from half a dozen vintages. It isn't a blind tasting but you may get an inkling of terroir variation from the evening's explorations.
