Now an alliance through marriage between Jurtschitsch and Gunderloch, though both firms are independent. Moving rapidly towards full organic certification, the estate has also started to look closely at its land and is separating out more different plots. They manage to achieve very high quality across all their grape varieties and sites and offer excellent value for money.
Their Langenlois vineyards get very warm during the day, but draw cool air from nearby hills in the evenings, keeping the wines fresh. (CW 05/06/13)
