In the last few summers, we must admit, Uncorked may have erred on the frugal side when it came to rosé wines, leaving some customers a touch frustrated on hot City afternoons. Before we are accused of having swung too far the other way this year, we should say we have done very well over the last few months out of a smartly-picked range of rosé wines.
