The 2021 Pinot Noir Bishop Creek Vineyard is dark and brooding, with a smoldering blend of crushed black cherries, dusty earth, savory herbs and cloves. Silky textures are energized by zesty acidity. Masses of tart wild berries cascade across the palate, depositing saline minerals and silky tannins that mount toward the close. Despite its youthful structure, it finishes unexpectedly fresh and lifted with a crunchy sensation as hints of sour citrus linger. 94 points
