Cailles completes an interesting triumvirate with Vaucrains and Les St-Georges. This cuvée is purchased as wine with the elevage done chez Gouges. A lively pale purple colour. The bouquet is very attractive with quite a floral touch. Very nicely done, in a relatively graceful style. A little more depth and fruit weight behind, with a mix of tannin and light acidity to finish. Stylish. 92-94 points
