Ferran Centelles
Graciano, Garnacha. Vineyards in Aldeanueva de Ebro. Hand-harvested. Malolactic conversion in French oak barrels of 500 litres, then blended. Tasted blind. Open nose, spicy, a touch of nail polish and a bouquet of dried herbs. Medium body. On the palate it maintains more evident freshness than on the nose. I like this wine with its complexity and an unforced feeling that exudes the landscape and Nature. Authentic rioja seeking its own expression without straying too far from the classic path. 16.5 points
