65% Grenache, 28% Cinsault, 8% Syrah, 2% Mourvedre. 2018 was a vintage of warm days but cool nights; an almost perfect combination for getting intensity and freshness in lovely balance in the wines. The 2018 By.Ott is lovely on the nose with good perfume. On the palate it`s very dry but has a good attack of crunchy redurrant and raspberry fruit. It is quite rounded, dry and complete. It`s long, finishing with a slight saline and very dry character. (CW 20/03/19)
