Grown using biodynamic principles since 2002, this brilliant wine from the south of Burgundy expresses so much more than the usual fudgy Pouillys. It truly has energy, freshness and vigour, which shine through the fruit and integrated oak treatment. Olivier achieves this by eschewing chemicals and cultured yeast, by careful husbandry and painstaking work in the vineyard. (CW 04/10/13)
