A brilliant expression of Chardonnay from the best village for the grape in Champagne, and made by one of the smallest and tightest knit co-ops you are likely to find. The work of these farmer producers, making true terroir Champagne in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger is immaculate and both the grape and the soil find their place in these wines. Dry but honeyed, fresh and crisp but with some body too, this is well made and rewarding fizz that goes with food very well, as well as making a great aperitif. (CW 20/05/12)

Jancis Robinson
Very vibrant, a bit of a brisk wake-up call. A cold shower of a wine! But very good zestiness. Very, very clean. Lovely aperitif, lots of character. Not that long though. 17 points
