Highland Park (or HP sauce as it is known locally) is a gorgeous, complex malt from the Orkney Isles. It is often said to be the greatest all-rounder in the world of whisky. In this bottling, the fruit is lemon and lime, followed by a discreet but distinct thread of heathery peat and a strong saline character; this is an unmistakeably maritime malt.
