Macabeu, Vermentino and Sauvignon are the backbone of this great value biodynamic wine from Le Soula. They call the Trigones their `little` wines, but we know they cost nearly as much to produce and are a real steal at this price. The altitude bestows great freshness and allows long hang times for the grapes so they develop a lovely, cool complexity. This is a versatile food wine but is a lovely solo drink as well.
